Manifestation Affirmations: How to Use Them Well
A practical guide to writing affirmations that are believable, specific and connected to behavior.
Affirmations are short repeated statements used to direct attention or shape self-talk. Extreme statements can backfire if they feel obviously false, so aim for believable language.
Better affirmation structure
Replace “I am instantly wealthy” with something actionable such as “I am becoming more consistent about tracking my spending and pursuing better-paying opportunities.”
For non-spoken formats, compare subliminals.
